Please don't include your business figures in a report. If a particular series causes a problem, describe its shape instead — how many rows, daily or monthly, whether it has dates.

Common questions

What format does my data need to be in?
One number per line, or a date and a number separated by a comma, oldest first. A column copied from a spreadsheet works. If a paste has currency signs, thousands separators, accounting brackets or full-width commas from a Chinese or Japanese keyboard, the Clean Format button fixes them and lists what it changed. When ChronoTrend can't read your data as it is, it offers Clean Format first.

How many values do I need?
More history gives the methods more to be tested on. A couple of years of monthly figures, or a few months of daily ones, is a good start.

Why did a simple method beat the AI models?
Every method is tested on your own history and ranked by how well it would have done. No method wins everywhere, and on many series a simple one is the most accurate.

Why does Chronos-2 say "Did not run" on my iPad?
Chronos-2 needs the AI hardware in newer chips. On older devices, such as iPads with an A12 chip, it can't produce usable numbers, so ChronoTrend checks it once after download and, if it fails, shows it as not run with the reason instead of giving you a wrong forecast. TimesFM 2.5 and the seven statistical methods still run. You can remove Chronos-2 under About → AI models to free the space.

What is the "likely range"?
ChronoTrend hides parts of your own past, forecasts them, and checks how often the real number landed inside the range. That hit rate is shown next to each method.

I bought Pro on another device. How do I unlock it here?
Open the Pro screen and tap Restore Purchases, signed in with the same Apple Account. Pro is shared with your Family Sharing group.

How do I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
