ChronoTrend
Privacy policy
Effective 23 September 2026
The short version
ChronoTrend does not collect any data. Your numbers, your forecasts and your saved series stay on your device. The developer never sees them, and the app has no account, no analytics and no advertising.
Your data
Everything you type, paste or import is processed on your iPhone or iPad. Forecasts are calculated on the device, including the optional AI models. Saved series and past forecasts are stored in the app's own storage on your device.
ChronoTrend makes no network requests of its own. It has no server and sends nothing to the developer or to any third party.
iCloud sync
If you buy ChronoTrend Pro and turn on iCloud sync, your saved series are stored in your own iCloud account so they appear on your other devices. Apple provides this service under Apple's privacy policy. The developer cannot read your iCloud data. iCloud sync is off unless you turn it on, and you can turn it off at any time in the app's About screen.
Services provided by Apple
Three things involve Apple's servers, and none of them involve the developer's:
Purchases. ChronoTrend Pro is bought through the App Store. Apple handles the payment; the app only learns whether Pro is unlocked on your Apple Account.
AI model downloads. The optional AI models are downloaded from Apple's servers after you buy Pro.
iCloud sync, if you turn it on, as described above.
Crash reports reach the developer only if you have chosen to share analytics with app developers in your device's settings, and Apple strips them of personal information first.
Children
ChronoTrend collects no data from anyone, including children.
